Your first 14 days

From handshake to live ads. No guessing, no waiting on us.

Most agencies take a month to get moving. Here's our timeline — and exactly what we need from you to hit it.

The Roadmap

01

STEP 1 — DAY 1

Agreement + Intake Form

The second you're in, we send your agreement and your intake form.

Both hit your inbox today.

Sign the agreement, then fill out the intake form — and be detailed.

This form is where your ads come from:

  • Your services
  • Your pricing
  • Your best jobs
  • Your ideal customers
  • Your business details

Important

⚠️ This is the #1 thing that speeds you up or slows you down.

Vague intake form = generic ads.

Detailed intake form = ads that actually sound like your business.

02

STEP 2 — DAY 1–2

You Get a Direct Line to Our Team

We open a group chat with you and your assigned Leon Marketing team.

Everything lives in one place.

All communication happens there.

No complicated email chains or communication scattered across different platforms.

Nothing complicated.

Just show up in the group chat and use it whenever you need us.

If you have a question, ask it directly there.

Our normal active communication hours are during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

Messages outside normal business hours may have a slower response time.

The purpose of this step is to give you one simple, direct line to the team working on your campaigns.

03

STEP 3 — DAY 2–3

Onboarding Call — We Get Set Up

We hop on a call and get access to everything we need to run your ads:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Your ad account
  • Your business page
  • Your CRM

We make sure the systems we need are connected and ready before moving forward.

Have your Facebook and Instagram login information ready.

We need real access to properly set everything up.

This is one of the most common things that delays a launch: people show up to onboarding without working logins and then valuable time gets lost trying to recover passwords or permissions.

Important requirements

  • Be at a real computer, not only your phone.
  • Facebook permissions and Business Manager setup are much easier to handle from desktop.
  • Have access to any two-factor authentication codes.
  • Have your phone nearby in case Facebook or Instagram sends a verification code.

Do this before the call

Log into Facebook and Instagram from your computer BEFORE the onboarding call.

Confirm that your passwords work.

If they do not work, reset them before the meeting.

04

STEP 4 — DAY 3–5

We Build Your Ad Strategy + Lock Your Shoot Date

Our team builds your full ad plan:

  • who we target
  • what we say
  • what offer we lead with
  • what creative direction we use
  • how the campaign will be positioned

Then we lock in your shoot date.

Pick your filming location and give us a date.

We come to you.

We'll have a videographer on-site within approximately 7 days of you signing on average.

Start thinking about this today

Where should we film?

Your best options are:

  • an active job site
  • a finished project you're proud of
  • your shop or yard
  • your truck and crew
  • another real environment that represents your company well

We want:

  • your real work
  • your real people
  • a professional-looking environment
  • good lighting

If you have a great-looking project scheduled soon, that can be an excellent shoot location.

05

STEP 5 — DAY 5–7

Film Day

Our videographer comes to you.

We direct the entire shoot.

You do NOT need:

  • a script
  • acting experience
  • professional speaking experience
  • to know exactly what to say beforehand

We guide you through it.

We tell you where to stand, what we need, and what to talk about.

The filming process should take only a couple of hours.

Then you're done.

Show up and be ready to film.

Bring your crew if we've asked for them.

Wear branded company gear if you have it.

Make sure the filming location or job site is accessible and ready.

The goal is to capture authentic footage of your company, your people, and your work.

06

STEP 6 — DAY 8–11

Edit → Your Approval → Launch

We edit the footage and build your ads.

Then you see the finished creative.

You tell us: YES — or tell us what needs to change.

Once approved, we launch.

At this stage:

  • your CRM is live
  • your leads are routed into the system
  • campaign infrastructure is ready
  • your lead-management training is available
  • your team knows how to start working the leads as they come in

Watch the ad and approve it quickly.

If something genuinely needs to change, tell us specifically what needs to be adjusted.

Every day an approved ad sits waiting in your inbox is another day the campaign cannot generate leads.

Fast feedback = faster launch.

07

DAY 12–14

Your Ads Are Live. The Phone Starts Ringing.

Everything on our side is planned, staffed, and moving.

The main things that can slow the launch are:

  • missing passwords
  • an incomplete intake form
  • delayed shoot scheduling
  • an unapproved ad

Handle your responsibilities quickly and the goal is to have your lead-generation system operating within approximately two weeks.

1. Fill out the intake form like your revenue depends on it — because it does.

Give us detailed information so we can build messaging that actually sounds like your business.

2. Show up to onboarding at a computer with your Facebook and Instagram logins working.

Make sure permissions, passwords, and verification access are ready.

3. Pick a filming location and approve your ad quickly.

Do not let avoidable delays hold up the launch.

Final callout

That's it.

We handle the rest.
